She went above and beyond to ensure I felt comfortable, answered all my questions, and guided me through every step, which was especially important since I was new to the area. I have been living here since Jan 2021 and for the most part I have absolutely loved it. Management has consistently worked ... with me whenever I need anything, maintenance is just as diligent as well. It’s a quiet complex, people stay to themselves but are also friendly. I love the location as well. Everything is just minutes away. The only thing I feel we could really use is security at night. The area is becoming more and more active, a few of us work graveyard shifts and as a female it would be nice to know someone is always around if we need them. Loved staying here!
I have lived here for over a year now and enjoyed my stay. The area is beautiful, and quiet, with professional and responsive ... staff. It is close to a lot of shopping centers including Walmart, Target, Costco, TJ Maxx former market... and varieties of restaurants. There's a Golf court with walking and biking trails right across from the building. The maintenance personnel are fast and professional. I never had confusion or difficulty staying here. I’ve had issues with my fridge for a few months now. The freezer and refrigerator were not cooling my food enough, even after ... setting them to the coolest setting. My ice in the freezer wouldn’t freeze all the way and my popsicles would melt. Water would leak inside of the freezer and refrigerator at times. Initially, the maintenance folks tried to fix it, but it didn’t help. Thankfully, after another maintenance request submitted by me, Miguel Martinez quickly responded saying that they ordered a new fridge for me. I love it. You can 100% tell the difference in the temperature for both the freezer and the refrigerator. My boyfriend, who’d leave his food (including raw meat) in my fridge said that he’s no longer worried it will go bad. Thank you so much to the maintenance staff, especially Miguel Martinez! It was installed quickly and with no issues. I had to work from home during the installation and since I’m an essential worker, I wanted to make sure we could set a specific time frame for the installation in order for me to be able to drive back to work quickly. Miguel and his colleague came right on time. Always very friendly and remember little personal details, like where I’m from and meeting my dad. You rock, Miguel and maintenance!
