Loved staying here!
I have lived here for over a year now and enjoyed my stay. The area is beautiful, and quiet, with professional and responsive ... staff. It is close to a lot of shopping centers including Walmart, Target, Costco, TJ Maxx former market... and varieties of restaurants. There's a Golf court with walking and biking trails right across from the building. The maintenance personnel are fast and professional. I never had confusion or difficulty staying here. From our transition from Florida, during our stay and changes in staff to the time we left, our experience was pleasant, ... smooth, and the staff has always been MOST Accommodating. We will miss this apartment community dearly. From Lauren and Dawn, and the maintenance guy Migel to the new property manager Tiffany, and her assistant Sabrina were all SUPERB and they were and continue to be most appreciated. I’ve had issues with my fridge for a few months now. The freezer and refrigerator were not cooling my food enough, even after ... setting them to the coolest setting. My ice in the freezer wouldn’t freeze all the way and my popsicles would melt. Water would leak inside of the freezer and refrigerator at times. Initially, the maintenance folks tried to fix it, but it didn’t help. Thankfully, after another maintenance request submitted by me, Miguel Martinez quickly responded saying that they ordered a new fridge for me. I love it. You can 100% tell the difference in the temperature for both the freezer and the refrigerator. My boyfriend, who’d leave his food (including raw meat) in my fridge said that he’s no longer worried it will go bad. Thank you so much to the maintenance staff, especially Miguel Martinez! It was installed quickly and with no issues. I had to work from home during the installation and since I’m an essential worker, I wanted to make sure we could set a specific time frame for the installation in order for me to be able to drive back to work quickly. Miguel and his colleague came right on time. Always very friendly and remember little personal details, like where I’m from and meeting my dad. You rock, Miguel and maintenance!
