We are close to multiple shopping centers and grocery store,s including the Paradise Valley Mall redevelopment, which includes Whole Foods, Blanco Tacos, Flower Child. The property is also near Target, Walmart, Sprouts, Kierland Commons and The Scottsdale Quarter.

We have a clubhouse with lounging area and game room, a fully equipped 24-hour fitness center and a resort-style pool, spa and sun deck room and a 24- hr fitness center.

Yes, each unit is assigned one covered parking space. All uncovered spaces are available on a first come first serve basis.

All units have full size washer and dryers.

The one time Non-refundable Pet Fee a one time Pet Deposit and monthly Pet rent per month per pet.

Stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, washer & dryer.

We offer a wide selection of lease terms to fit your time frame and budget.

We have a parcel room with parcel lockers. If you need to receive a package that will not fit in the room or that is larger than the locker, please contact the office and we will try to assist or accommodate your delivery.

The gym is equipped with everything you need for a full body workout including treadmills, Elliptical machines, spin bikes, a rowing machine, a stair master, weight machines, TRX and free weights.

Admin

While we always recommend scheduling an appointment to make sure we are available when you arrive, no appointment is necessary and we always welcome walk-ins.

Management is always available during office hours and can also be reached after hours or any emergencies.

While it can take 24-48 hours, the speed of approval is really based on the information provided. If all of the application information is provided, approval can happen almost immediately.

The amount you pay will be dependent upon your move-in date. In addition to any deposits, you will pay the full rent amount if you move in on the fist of the month or a prorated rental amount for the days remaining in the month should you move-in after the first of the month.

Identify what is important to you, what you can afford and make sure you understand all of the associated costs that come with your rent (e.g., utilities, renter's insurance) so that you are comfortable with the apartment and your monthly budget.

You can pay with credit/debit or bank account through Bilt.

Through the Bilt app. Built rewards allows you to earn points on rent & access exclusive Benefits.

$15 for renter's liability and $10 for parcel lockers.

We do not require you to purchase a traditional renter's insurance policy, we do always recommend that you consider purchasing such a policy.

Utilities are not included in the rent. Water/Sewer/Trash will be billed to you directly with your rent by our third party vendor (Conservice) and you will set up your own electric account with APS, the local electric company.

Water/Sewer/Trash are billed through Conservice and added to your ledger monthly. You will contact APS, to set up your electric account and they will bill you directly.

The property is set up with Cox Quick Connect which allows you to set up Cable/Internet immediately without a technician needing to come out to your apartment.

Yes please ask the office for more information on referrals. We welcome and encourage you to refer your friends and build a community.

Guest can stay up to 7 days. If you have a visitor for more than 7 days, please contact the office.

In general longer lease terms do result in lower rates. If you have any questions on your rental rate or lease term, we always encourage you to contact the leasing office.

Early termination fees are equal to 60 days of rent.

Maintenance

Our leasing team will prepare an email and move in cost sheet with details needed for move in day. Our Management and Maintenance Team will conduct a 5-star inspection of your apartment to ensure that all maintenance work is done, the apartment is thoroughly cleaned and is ready for you to call it home.

Yes we have an onsite maintenance staff and maintenance is available 24-7 for any emergency emergencies.

You can call us, come into the office or log into the Resident Portal to submit your work order. We have an emergency line after hours for true emergencies.

Our maintenance team responds to work orders within 24-48 hours. You do not need to be present for your work order as long as we have been given permission to enter. All eme4rgnecy maintenance needs are responded to promptly by the technician or vendor dispatched.

During business hours, you can call or come into the office and we can let you into your apartment or provide you with a new key. You will be required to present your ID.

As long as it doesn't damage the Property or violate any lease terms.
